SQUARE APPLIQUE * Scroll to the bottom of the Fuchsia combinations page for step by step instructions with pictures. GENERAL APPLIQUE INSTRUCTIONS *1. Hoop the fabric you want to embroider the design on. *2. Embroider the design till you get to "APPLIQUE POSITION" on the color chart. *3. "APPLIQUE POSITION" is a straight stitch to indicate where to place your fabric for the applique. Embroider this stitch. *4. Place a piece of the fabric you wish to use for the applique over the indicated area. Do not remove the fabric from the hoop. *5. "APPLIQUE MATERIAL" then sews the applique fabric down with a straight stitch. *6. Remove the hoop from the machine and cut the excess fabric off the design. Do not remove fabric from the hoop. *7. Put hoop back into the machine and continue with the embroidery of the design. |
